*If I purchase an item online is it always available?

Consignment usually carries one of each item and the item may sell in our shop before we can remove it from the site. We reserve the right to cancel the order and refund your money if this happens. We will contact you to let you know.

*Can you ship every item?

Shipping varies by item. If the item can be shipped, it will have “shipping available” in the description.

*Delivery & Shipping

We do offer delivery for a nominal fee within a 45 mile radius. For furniture delivery, please contact us prior to making your purchase to discuss delivery arrangements.

We will ship your order in 3-5 business days after the transaction is complete. Once your order has shipped, we will provide tracking information. Our standard shipping is USPS Priority Mail. This service provides tracking and fifty ($50) dollars in insurance. We cannot guarantee an arrival date once the order has shipped. Extenuating circumstances or delays that are out of our control (inclement weather, postal holidays, etc.) may also affect the arrival date. If you would like to choose a different shipping service, contact us prior to placing your order to see if we are able to accommodate your request.

*May I order an item online and pick up locally?

YES

If you choose local pickup, we ask that you please collect your item(s) within 48hrs after purchase. Furniture pick up should be done Thursday – Saturday from 5-6pm unless other arrangements have been made.

*Item(s) Return

Due to the nature of resale/consignment, items purchased online and in the shop are non-refundable. We make a conscious effort to display the accuracy of our (online) products through photographs. The items that we sell are both new and “pre-loved”. Our “pre-loved” inventory may present some imperfections, but we make every effort to make note of any imperfections in the description.
