• We are a resale/consignment shop that sells both new and "pre-loved" items.
• We take additional time to fully examine every and all item(s) that we post on our website, selling site/platforms & sell during our Facebook LIVEs.  
• We want to remind our customers that our "pre-loved" items are used, therefore there is the possibility that an item may have minor superficial condition issues which may not have been disclosed in the description, but that a person could expect when buying used items.
• Condition descriptions of each item are written based upon thorough inspections.  Although we take extra care to fully describe our items, including any defects, blemishes and/or flaws, sometimes small and/or insignificant omissions may inadvertently occur. 
• Because we have a "no refund policy", with no exceptions, we strongly recommend that before placing an order, our customers carefully read the item description and review all photographs.
